I’m Iris Dijkers and I live in the Netherlands.
I started A Dash Of Fash in 2013, shortly after graduating from the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.
While working parttime as a graphic designer and illustrator I was looking for a fun and creative project to work on. After loads of encouragement from my friends & family I knew just the thing to do: why not start my own blog?!
Since then a lot has changed and A Dash Of Fash has become my own company and my happy place on the internet. On my blog and social channels I share everything that makes me (and you!) happy in life: from the prettiest handbags to beautiful places to travel. Life is short, so you better enjoy it!
What started out as a fun way to show my design work and love for fashion (read the full story here) has grown into something quite professional. I currently reach around 140K people a month, with Instagram (120K and counting) being my main outlet. My main audience is big city girls (aged 18 – 34) from all over the world, who love to know all the latest trends when it comes to fashion, traveling, design and interior.
I work and have worked with a lot of brands, including ASOS, River Island, Monki, 7 For All Mankind, Calvin Klein, Scotch & Soda, Zalando, Disaronno and many more.
